摘要
目的:调查天津市某三级甲等医院护士灾害准备度现状并分析其影响因素,为提高护士灾害救护能力提供参考。方法:采用中文版护士灾害准备度量表对天津市某三甲医院640名护士进行问卷调查。结果:640名护士灾害准备度得分(193.04±44.53)分,职称、是否参加过灾害技能培训是护士灾害准备度的主要影响因素(P<0.001)。结论:护士灾害准备度处于中等水平,有待提高,需加强对护士灾害技能的培训,以提高护士的灾害救援能力。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of nurses’disaster preparedness in a tertiary Class A hospital in Tianjin and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide references for improving nurses’disaster rescue ability.Methods:640 nurses in a tertiary Class A hospital in Tianjin were investigated by the Chinese version of the disaster preparedness scale.Results:The score of disaster preparedness in 640 nurses was 193.04±44.53.The professional title and participation in disaster skill training were the main influencing factors of the nurses’disaster preparedness(P<0.001).Conclusion:The disaster preparedness of nurses is at a medium level and needs to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the training of nurses’disaster skills to improve their disaster rescue ability.
