摘要
目的了解甘肃省护士灾害准备度现状及其影响因素,为护士备灾培训提供参考。方法2021年9—11月应用一般资料调查表和护士灾害准备度评估量表对甘肃15家医院的655名护士进行调查,对护士灾害准备度的影响因素进行分析。结果护士灾害准备度评估量表总均分为(197.19±36.98)分,条目均分为(4.38±0.82)分,处于中等偏上水平,得分从高到低依次为备灾知识维度、灾害应对维度和灾后管理维度,不同维度条目均分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.242,P<0.05)。就职医院所在地区、医院等级、护理岗位、备灾培训经历及应急预案演练经历均是护士灾害准备度的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论甘肃护士整体灾害准备度处于中等偏上水平,但不同人口学特征护士的灾害准备度存在差异,应制定针对性干预措施全面提升护士灾害准备度。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of nurses’disaster preparedness in Gansu Province,provide reference for nurses’disaster preparedness training.Methods Using the general data questionnaire and nurse disaster preparedness evaluation scale,655 nurses from 15 hospitals in Gansu Province were investigated from September to November 2021,and the influencing factors of disaster preparedness were analyzed.Results The total average score of nurses’disaster preparedness assessment scale was(197.19±36.98)points and the average score of items was(4.38±0.82)points,which was at the upper middle level.The scores from high to low were disaster preparedness knowledge dimension,disaster response dimension and post disaster management dimension.There was statistically significant difference in the scores of different dimensions(F=4.242,P<0.05).The location of the working hospital,hospital level,nursing post,disaster preparedness training experience and emergency plan drill experience were the influencing factors of nurses’disaster preparedness(all P<0.05).Conclusion The overall disaster preparedness of nurses in Gansu Province is at the upper middle level,but there are statistically significant differences in disaster preparedness of nurses with different demographic characteristics,so the targeted intervention measures should be formulated to promote the overall improvement of nurses’disaster preparedness.
