摘要
目的了解警务人员现场急救能力及急救意愿,分析其影响因素,并以警务人员为例,探讨提升重点人群现场急救能力的策略。方法采用定额抽样法,选取宁波各县、市、区不同警种的11850名警务人员作为调查对象,采用自行设计的急救知识知晓率及急救意愿问卷对调查对象进行现场急救知识、急救意愿调查,并将所得资料进行分析。结果警务人员现场急救知识得分为(6.56±1.68)分,急救意愿得分为(10.86±1.10)分;现场急救知晓率和急救意愿之间呈正相关(r=0.170,P=0.000);参与急救经历、急救培训经历和对警务人员参与急救的态度等是影响警务人员现场急救知识知晓率和急救意愿的因素。结论提升警务人员等重点人群的现场急救知识知晓率和急救意愿具有重要意义,建议通过完善培训体系,强化保障和激励机制来实现。
Objective To investigate the on-site first-aid capacity of police officers and their willingness to implement first aid,and its influencing factors,and taking the police officers as an example to discuss strategies to improve their on-site first-aid capacity.Methods Using the quota sampling method,11,850 police officers of different working types from counties,districts and city of Ningbo were selected as the survey subjects,and the self-designed first-aid knowledge awareness rate and first-aid willingness questionnaire was used to investigate their on-site first-aid knowledge and willingness to perform first aid.The data obtained were then analyzed.Results On-site first-aid knowledge score of the police officers was(6.56±1.68),and first-aid willingness score was(10.86±1.10).There was a positive correlation between on-site first-aid knowledge rate and first-aid willingness(r=0.170,P=0.000).Experience in participation in first-aid,experience in first-aid training and attitude towards police officers'participation in first-aid are factors that affect police officers'awareness of on-site first-aid knowledge and their willingness to perform first-aid treatment.Conclusion It is of great significance to improve the awareness rate of on-site first-aid knowledge and first-aid willingness of the specific groups such as police officers.It is recommended to improve the training system and strengthen the guarantee and incentive mechanism to achieve this goal.
