摘要
目的探讨有效防控新型冠状病毒肺炎的发热门诊留观病房护理管理措施。方法结合《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》和既往经验增加了发热门诊留观病房,设置了专职岗位,制订了工作流程,对护理人员、工勤人员均进行专业培训,从患者就诊流程、人员管理、环境管理及心理护理等方面采取有效的应对措施。结果就诊患者得到了科学诊治,有效减少了高风险患者的流动,保障了公众健康和生命安全,维护社会稳定。结论科学、全面的护理管理,对提高就诊速度、降低交叉感染率、提升疫情救护能力具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effective prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 fever outpatient observation ward nursing management measures. Methods The fever outpatient observation ward was increased,full-time posts were set up,work flow was worked out,and professional training was carried out for nursing staff and workers,according to the 2019-n Co V and past experience,effective measures should be taken from the aspects of patient consultation process,personnel management,environmental management and psychological nursing.Results The patients received scientific diagnosis and treatment,effectively reduced the flow of high-risk patients,to ensure public health and safety,maintain social stability. Conclusion Scientific and Comprehensive Nursing Management is of great significance to improve the speed of medical treatment,reduce the rate of cross infection and enhance the ability of rescue.
