摘要
目的:寻找有效防控新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的急诊科护理管理措施.方法:四川大学华西医院急诊科护理团队从患者就诊流程、人员管理、物资及环境管理、心理及科研管理等方面采取有效的应对措施,实施了患者入口通道、患者出口通道、医护人员专用通道的三通道管理,增加了发热诊断室、发热抢救室,设置了专职岗位,设立了护理人员应急库,对护理人员、工勤人员、护理学员均进行专业培训,设置了多个功能制小组,按防疫级别来分配防疫物资,对病区环境、医疗垃圾进行严密管理,为患者及家属提供心理咨询服务,还成立了护理科研团队.结果:四川大学华西医院急诊科的人力资源得到了合理分配,防护物资得到了有效利用,就诊患者得到了科学诊治,各项工作得到了有序开展.确诊的18例患者均得到妥善治疗,医护人员、患者及家属未出现交叉感染病例.结论:科学、全面的护理管理,对提高就诊速度、降低交叉感染率、提升疫情救护能力具有重要意义.
Objective:To figure out effective emergency care management measures to prevent and control Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:The nursing team of the emergency department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University took effective measures from the aspects like patients'treatment process,personnel management,material and environmental management,psychological and scientific research management and so on.The measures were listed in detail as follows.Three-channel management was implemented including patients'entrance channel,patients'exit channel and special channel for medical staff.Fever diagnosis room and fever rescue room was increased,and full-time positions and an emergency storehouse of nursing staff was set up.The nursing staff,working staff and nursing trainees was trained professionally,and several functional groups were built up.Epidemic prevention supplies were allocated according to epidemic prevention level.The environment and medical waste in the ward was managed strictly.Psychological consultation services were provided for patients and their families,and a nursing scientific research team was found.Results:The human resources of the emergency department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University were allocated reasonably,the protective materials were used effectively,the patients were treated scientifically,and the work was carried out orderly.All the 18 confirmed patients were treated properly,and no cross-infection was happened among the medical staff,patients and their families.Conclusion:Scientific and comprehensive nursing management is of great significance to improve the speed of treatment,reduce the cross-infection rate and enhance the rescue ability of the epidemic.
