摘要
某60万t/a芳烃联合装置利用检修机会,新增邻二甲苯塔、重芳烃塔、抽出液塔顶热媒水取热工艺,热水供给异丁烷装置替代低压蒸汽加热,低压蒸汽用量可降低25.4 t/h。另外,该低温热利用项目有效解决了夏季芳烃联合装置与催化裂化装置精馏塔冷却负荷不足的生产瓶颈。综合计算项目全年经济效益约为2920万元,项目投资回收期为3.7年。该芳烃联合装置节约能耗约为23 kgEO/t PX。
During the turnaround of the aromatics complex in 2019,the low-temperature heat utilization technology was added at the top of the extraction liquid tower,o-xylene tower and heavy aromatics tower,which could supply heat and cold sources to related facilities.By replacing low-pressure steam with hot water for heating,the low-pressure steam of the isobutene unit was reduced by 25.4 t/h.In addition,the low-temperature heat utilization project effectively solved the refining column bottleneck caused by insufficient cooling load of the aromatics complex and the catalytic cracking unit during the summer.According to comprehensive calculation,the annual economic benefit of the project is about 29.2 million yuan,and the project investment recovery period is 3.7 years.The energy consumption of the aromatics complex is reduced by about 23 kgEO/t PX.
