摘要 芳烃联合装置流程长,工艺复杂,能量消耗大,一直是炼厂的能耗大户。芳烃联合装置如果能将低温热回收利用,将对降本增效起到很大的促进作用。介绍了中海油惠州石化有限公司芳烃联合装置低温热利用的具体实践情况,通过对邻二甲苯塔塔顶流程进行优化改造,增设汽包,利用低温余热增产0.45 MPa蒸汽,输出低低压蒸汽管网,降低了装置能耗,同时也增加了装置效益。 Aromatic complex unit has long process flow, complex process and high energy consumption, so it always has been a large energy consumption unit in refineries. If the low-temperature heat from the aromatic complex unit can be recycled, the cost will be reduced and the efficiency will be increased. In this paper, the concrete practice of low-temperature heat utilization of aromatic complex unit in Huizhou refinery was introduced. By optimizing the top process of o-xylene tower, adding drum and using lowtemperature heat to produce 0.45 MPa steam, the energy consumption of the device was reduced and the benefit of the device was increased.
