摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司九江分公司的原低温热系统未能充分有效利用,炼油装置大量低温热,节能潜力亟待挖掘。经过研究论证,按照"温度对口,梯级利用"的科学用能原则,采取低温热优化匹配大系统的技术方案对炼油装置进行节能改造,重点改进换热网络的工艺流程。改造后低温热利用得到全面优化,节能效果十分显著,企业获得巨大的经济效益。
