摘要
为了最大程度减少ORC余热发电中的能源消耗,设计了一种电源能耗最低控制模型。规划所设计模型的总体结构,主要包括数据采集模块、数据存储模块、连接总线、控制模块等。通过数据采集电路对电压电流传感器采集到的ORC余热发电中的信号进行干扰过滤、放大及保护,对经处理后的数据采用AT24C08存储器进行存储。通过控制有效工作电压达到电源能耗最低控制的目的。软件部分采用C语言进行开发,介绍了系统软件设计主程序,编写了数据采集子程序与数据存储子程序的部分代码。实验结果表明,所设计模型不仅所需时间少,而且电源能耗最低控制性能较佳。
In order to minimize the energy consumption of ORC waste heat power generation, a minimum control model of power consumption is designed. The overall structure of the design model mainly includes the data acquisition module, data storage module, the connection bus, and control module, etc.. Through the data acquisition circuit, the signal of the ORC waste heat power generation which is collected by the voltage and current sensor, is filtered, amplified and protected, and the processed data is stored in the AT24C08 memory. By controlling the effective working voltage the minimum control of power consumption is achieved. The software is developed in C language, the main program of the system software design is descried, and partial codes of the data acquisition sub-routine and data storage sub-routine are prepared. The experimental results show that the proposed model not only uses less time, but also has better control performance.
