摘要
针对喷射器变工况调节的需求,对四喷嘴及带有喷嘴位置调节功能的可调式空气喷射器进行了数值模拟研究。分析了同时工作喷嘴个数和喷嘴出口距离对喷射器喷射系数的影响规律。结果表明,采用多喷嘴设计及调节喷嘴出口距离可实现喷射器变工况调节;同时工作喷嘴数目越多,喷嘴出口距离越大,喷射系数越高;工作喷嘴数目过少时,会出现引射能力不足,喷射系数接近于0,喷嘴出口距离过小时会出现气体倒流,喷射系数为负的情况。可调式空气喷射器需通过合理设计结构并测试得出性能曲线,按照性能曲线实现变工况调节。
In view of the requirements of the adjustment of working condition of the ejector,the numerical simulation of four nozzles and ejector with adjustable nozzle position is studied.The effects of the number of working nozzles and the distance from nozzle outlets on the injection coefficient of the ejector are analyzed.The results show that multi nozzle design and nozzle outlet distance adjustment can be used to realize variable condition adjustment,the more nozzles work at the same time,the greater the distance between the nozzles and the higher the injection coefficient.When the number of working nozzles is too small,the injection capacity will be insufficient,and the injection coefficient will be close to 0.When the distance from nozzle outlets is too small,there will be gas backflow,and the injection coefficient is negative.The performance curve of the adjustable air ejector should be obtained by reasonable design and test,and the variable condition regulation can be realized according to the performance curve.
