摘要
以利用有机危废与化工煤进行混配,通过加入适量添加剂,制备出合格的水煤浆。利用多喷嘴气化床气化炉协调处置,生产出原煤化工产品有效气(CO+H2),对有机危废实现源资源化综合利用。将危废与化工煤按照一定比例混配后,对煤浆的性能进行研究,通过小试试烧实验,模拟出工业化的实验数据,验证该技术可在气化床气化炉应用的可行性。
The qualified coal water slurry was prepared by mixing hazardous organic waste with coal and adding appropriate additives.The use of multi-nozzle gasifier to co-dispose of hazardous waste,the effective gas(CO+H2)was produced,and comprehensive utilization of hazardous organic wastes was realized.After mixing hazardous waste with coal in a certain proportion,the performance of coal water slurry was studied.The experimental data of industrialization were simulated through a small-scale burning experiment,and the feasibility of applying this technology in gasifier was verified.
