摘要
干法水泥窑协同处置固体废弃物,具有工艺先进、产品质量高、能耗低、生产率高等优势,实现了水泥窑“一窑多用”功能。本文分析了干法水泥窑协同处置固体废弃物的原理和国内外现状,探讨了新型干法水泥窑协同处置固体废弃物的应用优势及影响因素,并提出应对措施,深化了新型干法水泥窑协同处置固体废弃物的理论研究,对技术的现实应用具有积极参考价值。
The co-processing of solid waste in dry-process cement kilns has the advantages of advanced technology,high product quality,low energy consumption and high productivity,and realizes the function of"one kiln for multiple purposes"in cement kilns.This paper analyzes the principle of co-processing solid waste in dry-process cement kilns and the current situation at home and abroad,and discusses the application advantages and influencing factors of co-processing solid waste in new dry-process cement kilns,and proposes countermeasures to deepen the theoretical research on the co-processing of solid waste in new dry-process cement kilns,which has positive reference value for the practical application of the technology.
