摘要
芳烃联合装置是炼化企业重要的生产装置之一,其工艺流程长,静设备台数多、规格大、结构复杂。随着炼化工程技术的不断发展和创新,更多的新技术、新产品和新结构在芳烃装置得到了应用,有效地节省了投资、降低了能耗、提高了运行稳定性。结合近年来主要芳烃联合装置建设及运行情况,对主要静设备特点和节能技术的应用进行了综述。
Aromatic complex is one of the most important units in refining and chemical enterprises.It has a long process and a large number of static equipment with complicated structure.With the continuous development and innovation of refining and chemical engineering,more and more new technologies,new products and new structures have been applied in aromatic complex,which effectively saves investment,reduces energy consumption and improves operation stability.Based on the construction and operation of main aromatic complex in recent years,the characteristics of main static equipment and the application of energy conservation technology are reviewed in this paper.
