摘要
创新是民族进步的灵魂,是国家经济发展的不竭动力。高校研究生是社会创新的重要群体,新形式对研究生创新能力提出了更高要求。矿业工程仍是国家经济发展的重要支柱产业之一,矿业工程专业研究生创新能力仍亟待提高。中南大学矿业工程专业研究生培养体系已有较好的师资和平台,科学的引导和培养方式是提高研究生创新能力的重要途径。变革型导师指导风格以学生为主体,通过愿景激励、个性化关怀和智力激发等途径和方式,在研究生培养过程中充分调动学生的学习和研究积极性,提高学生各方面的能力,是促进研究生创新能力的重要途径。
Innovation is the soul of national progress and the inexhaustible power of national economic development.Graduate students are an important group of social innovation.Mining engineering is still one of the important pillar industries of national economic development.The innovation ability of graduate students of mineral processing engineering needs to be improved under the new circumstance.Mineral processing engineering graduate training system already has good teachers and platforms,scientific guidance and training mode are important ways to improve innovation ability of graduates.Transformational tutor guidance style takes graduates as the main body,graduates’ learning and research enthusiasm can be mobilized and their abilities in all aspects can be improved through vision motivation,personalized care and intelligence stimulation,which is an important way to promote graduate students/ innovation ability.
