摘要
社会的进步发展以创新创业为根本动力。在"大众创新、万众创业"的浪潮下,高校培养创新创业人才势在必行。但现有的创新创业教育与社会对创新创业型人才的需求未能有效衔接,创新创业教育生态系统的实践平台短缺,耦合机制未能有效运转。提升创新创业教育质量和效果,不仅要在国家创新创业政策保障下,完善高校与社会创新创业教育互促机制、建立创新创业人才培养反馈机制,还需对创新创业教育生态系统进行深入拓展,推动创新创业本质内涵与社会核心价值观、创新创业人才培养目标与社会创新要求、创新创业实践与工作世界的创新特质、社会人才评价与创新创业教育评价相契合,构建完善的创新创业教育生态系统耦合机制,以培养新时代所需的创新创业人才。
The progress and development of society is driven by innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the wave of"mass innovation and entrepreneurship",it is imperative for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.However,the existing innovation and entrepreneurship education and social demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents can not be effectively linked,The practice platform of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem is short,and the coupling mechanism fails to operate effectively.We will improve the quality and effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.We should not only improve the mutual promotion mechanism of innovation and Entrepreneurship Education between universities and society,but also establish the feedback mechanism of innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training under the protection of national innovation and entrepreneurship policies.We also need to further expand the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,Promote the essential connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship and social core values,Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training Objectives and social innovation requirements,Innovation and entrepreneurship practice and innovation characteristics of the work world,social talent evaluation is consistent with innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation.To build a perfect coupling mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,in order to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship talents needed in the new era.
