导师的指导风格、专业硕士的学业表现与自我满意度

摘要 我国专业学位研究生教育规模稳健增长,但社会认可度不佳、导师评价偏低、学生自我满意度不高等问题凸显。以西部一所财经类地方高校177名二年级在读硕士专业学位研究生为调查对象,依托自我决定理论,检验导师指导风格对其成就动机、学业表现及自我满意度的影响。结果表明,支持型导师风格会使学生成就动机强,学业表现佳,自我满意度高。应用支持型导师指导的学生成就动机更强,学业表现更佳,自我满意度也更高。不过,以上差异未呈现出统计学上的显著性。欲提升导师对专业学位研究生指导的有效性,需建立导师专业发展、“双导师制”协同,以及校内外良师选拔等机制,使专业学位教育真正回归培养高层次职业型和实践型人才的本性。 The scale of professional degree postgraduate education in China is growing steadily.However,some problems,such as poor social recognition,low evaluation of tutors and low self-satisfaction of students are prominent.Based on the self-determination theory,177 sophomores with master’s degree in a local university of finance and economics in western China were investigated,to test the influence of tutor’s guidance style on their achievement motivation,academic performance and self-satisfaction.The results show that supportive tutor style can make students have strong achievement motivation,good academic performance and high self-satisfaction.In particular,the students under the guidance of supportive tutors in application area have stronger achievement motivation,better academic performance and higher self-satisfaction.However,the above differences did not show statistical significance.In order to improve the effectiveness of tutors’guidance to professional degree postgraduates,it is necessary to establish the mechanism of tutors’professional development,“double tutor system”coordination,and the selection of good tutors inside and outside the school,so as to make professional degree education return to the nature of cultivating high-level professional and practical talents.
