摘要
培养具有科研创新能力的高素质医学本科生是推动医学发展的重要力量。本文从科研项目导师的角度,在实践基础上归纳出提升医学生科研能力的几种途径,包括科研项目牵引,增加研究动力;加强时间管理,提高研究效率;保持科研热情,提高研究自主性;鼓励探索和创新,发现研究乐趣。希望本文为医学院校的导师指导医学生开展科研提供一些有益的参考。
The high-quality undergraduate medical students who have innovation ability in scientific research are vital force for promoting the development of medical science. From the viewpoint of tutors, this article discussed several approaches to enhance the research ability of medical undergraduate students, including direction by scientific research projects to increase research motivation;strengthening time management to enhance efficiency;keeping research enthusiasm to increase independence and encouraging exploration and innovation to find the fun of research, with a hope to provide some beneficial references for the medical school tutors who direct undergraduate medical students’ scientific research.
