摘要
培养具有科研创新能力的优秀人才是高等学校人才培养的重要任务。大学生作为国家精英人才的储备库,他们的科研创新能力将会对个人、高等学校以及国家产生重要的影响。现今我国高等学校对于大学生科研创新能力培养的欠缺导致大学生能力构成不健全,既成为大学生走向社会的一个短板,也制约了高级科研人才的梯队建设。所以要通过落实本科生导师负责制等措施在大学生科研创新能力培养的方法路径上实现突破,并通过完善科研平台建设等方式来实现大学生科研创新能力培养的制度建设。
To train talents with research and innovation capacity is an important task of personnel training in colleges and universities. As the national elite talent pool of college students,their research and innovation capacity will have important influence on individual,universities and their nations. The reason why college students＇ ability structure imperfectly is that there still have so many questions on the training about our college students＇ research and innovation capacity in colleges and universities. So we should put undergraduate tutor responsibility system into practice and also any other measures. It can be achieve a breakthrough on college students＇ research and innovation capacity path. To realize the system guarantee of college students＇ research and innovation capacity training, we need to consummate the research platform construction and use other ways.
