摘要
目的了解临床医学本科生参与科研的基本情况、遇到的困难及需求,为提高临床医学本科生的科研能力、推动临床医学的综合性发展提供理论依据。方法2021年10—11月对166名山东某医学院临床医学专业大三本科生发放问卷并收集数据,分析其参与科研的情况、参与科研的目的、科研中遇到的困难以及需求。结果大多数(68.1%,113名)本科生对科研活动感兴趣,约三分之二(65.7%,109名)的本科生没有参加过任何科研活动,大多数(74.7%,124名)本科生参与科研活动的主要目的为学习科研方法,为进一步深造打基础。本科生感兴趣的科研活动主要为临床医学研究和基础医学研究,大部分本科生遇到的科研障碍为科研思路和方法的欠缺(80.7%,134名),希望教师加强对科研活动的引导(83.7%,139名)。近一半(44.6%,74名)本科生希望开设科研相关课程,约三分之一(33.1%,55名)的本科生认为构建本科生科研自主的实践模式,有利于个人科研能力的提升。结论科研活动对提高临床医学本科生的科研能力、促进本科生综合发展和提高临床诊疗整体水平具有重要意义。为改善本科生科研活动参与度不高、科研基础薄弱和科研能力普遍比较低等现状,医学院校和培养单位应该重视科研工作,改变传统授课方法和构建本科生科研自主模式,提供专业的指导,拓展学生科研思路,增强本科生的科研创新思维和能力,致力于培养更多的医学科研复合型人才。
Objective To understand the basic situation,difficulties and needs of clinical medical undergraduate students participating in scientific research,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the scientific research ability of clinical medical undergraduate students and promoting the comprehensive development of clinical medicine.Methods From October 2021 to November 2021,a total of 166 third year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in a medical college in Shandong province were surveyed,data were collected to analyze their participation and motives in scientific research,difficulties and needs during the process.Results Most of the surveyed students(68.1%,113)were interested in scientific research.About two thirds(65.7%,109)of them had not participated in any scientific research activities.Most of them(74.7%,124)participated in research activities in order to learn scientific methods and lay foundation for future study.Students mainly interested in clinical research and basic medical research.Difficulties in scientific research included lack of scientific research ideas and methods(80.7%,134).Most of the students(83.7%,139)stated that they need more guidance from teachers.Nearly half(44.6%,74)of the students would like to take relevant courses,and about one third of them(33.1%,55)believed that the construction of undergraduate independent research module was beneficial to the improvement of individual research ability.Conclusion Scientific research activities are of great significance in improving the research ability and promoting comprehensive development of medical undergraduate students,as well as improving the overall medical service capability.In order to improve the current situation of undergraduates'low participation in scientific research,insufficient understanding of scientific research activities and generally low scientific research ability,medical colleges and universities should pay attention to scientific research,change the traditional teaching methods,provide professional
