开放科研实验室对提升低年级本科学生科研兴趣的效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的:调查开放科研实验室对提升口腔医学低年级本科生科研兴趣的效果。方法:2018年9月,对徐州医科大学口腔医学院2018级大一新生及2017级大二学生进行初次问卷调查,问卷内容包括科研知晓情况、进实验室做实验的意愿、考研意向。2019年6月对上述学生进行二次问卷调查,问卷内容包括科研知晓情况、参与开放科研实验室的情况、考研意向、对开放实验室的建设性意见、是否提升自身的科研兴趣及对开放科研实验室的满意程度。结果:首次问卷调查结果显示,1.6%的低年级本科生主动了解过科研,17.2%的学生被动了解过科研,81.2%的本科生对科研零知晓;53.2%的学生愿意进入实验室做实验;25%的学生考虑过毕业后考研。第二次问卷调查显示,低年级本科生科研知晓率为100%;79.7%的学生会利用课余实验参加实验室各项活动;59.4%的学生希望自己毕业后能读研究生继续做科学研究;15.6%的学生提出了建设性意见;46.9%的学生对开放科研实验室非常满意。结论:学生对开放科研实验室态度积极,对实验仪器、实验过程好奇心强烈,动手欲望强,开放科研实验室打开了低年级本科生科研的大门,激发了他们对科研的好奇心,提高了他们对科研的热情与兴趣,为本科生培养科研能力、提升科研素养打下坚实的基础。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of opening research laboratory on improving the interest of junior undergraduates in scientific research.Methods:In September 2018,freshmen of grade 18 and sophomores of grade 17 in School of Stomatology of Xuzhou Medical University were surveyed by the questionnaire for the first time.The contents of the questionnaire were:scientific research awareness,willingness to do experiments,intention to take the postgraduate entrance examination.A second questionnaire survey was conducted on the above students in June 2019.The contents of the questionnaire were:scientific research awareness,participation in research laboratories,intention to take the postgraduate entrance examination,constructive suggestions on the opening of research laboratory,whether to improve interest in scientific research and satisfaction with the opening of research laboratory.The results of two questionnaires were analyzed.Results:The results of the first questionnaire survey showed that 1.6%of the students knew about scientific research actively,17.2%of the students knew about scientific research passively,and 81.2%of the students knew nothing about scientific research.53.2%of the students were willing to enter the laboratory to do experiments;25%of students had considered taking the postgraduate entrance exam after graduation.After one year,the second questionnaire survey showed that the scientific research awareness rate of junior undergraduates was 100%.79.7%of the students took part in various activities in the laboratory through their spare time.59.4%of the students hoped to continue to do scientific research after graduation.15.6%of the students put forward constructive suggestions.46.9%of the students were very satisfied with the opening of research laboratory.Conclusion:Students have a positive attitude towards the opening of research laboratory,a strong curiosity about experimental instruments experimental process,and a high desire to practice.The opening of research laboratory can open the research doo
