摘要
为卓越农林计划实践教学的强化和农科教合作人才培养基地的建设提供具体的案例参考和建议,对内蒙古农业大学农业机械化及其自动化专业卓越计划复合应用型人才培养过程中的校企联合实践教学环节进行了系统的介绍。对32名本科生通过“2+4+4”的实施方式开展了实践教学,并给出了具体的实施办法和考核方式,通过实践教学,学生在专业知识的广度和维度、创新思维、动手实践能力和社会交际能力等方面获得了相应的锻炼和提升。
To provide specific case reference and suggestion for strengthened practical teaching and the construction of training bases of National Outstanding Agricultural and Forestry Personnel Training Program,the college and enterprise coalition practice teaching for the integrated personnel training for undergraduates of the program majoring in Agricultural Mechanization and Automation in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University was introduced systematically.Thirty-two undergraduates attended the practical teaching process,and a management approach named"2+4+4"was adopted.Specific implementation methods and assessment methods were provided in this process as well.Through the practical teaching process,the related abilities in professional knowledge,innovative thinking,practice and social communication of these students have been correspondingly enhanced and improved.
