大学生的创新行为模型及其价值——基于对本科高创新性拔尖人才的扎根理论研究 被引量:16

The Model of the Creativity Performance of Undergraduates and Its Value——The research on Top-notch Undergraduates from the Perspective of Grounded Theory

摘要 本科高创新性拔尖人才的创新行为主要表现在五个方面:拥有来自兴趣与指向成就的创新动机;具备观察敏锐、理解深入、善于联系的创新学习;表现出新颖的问题提出和问题解决创意;展示出领导、合作或独立的创新行动;取得了物化的成果或精神性的收获。由这五个方面构成的大学生创新行为理论模型,反映出大学生创新是从个人意义上的日常创新向社会意义上的专业创新发展的过程,为开展大学生创新研究和评估提供了理论框架,对构建创新人才培养目标、深化教学改革、优化人才培育环境有重要的现实意义。 For the creativity performance of top-notch undergraduates, it showed such aspects as creativity motivation from interest and achievement orientation;creativity study with sharp observation, in-depth understanding and extensive networking;novel expression of the problem and originality of problem-solving;creativity performance with leadership, cooperation and independence;and achieving material results or spiritual ones. Based on the above aspects, the model of the creativity performance of undergraduates revealed that the creativity was the progress from the individual daily innovation to the social professional innovation;it also offered the theoretical framework for undergraduate creativity research and evaluation;and it’s of practical significance for constructing the objectives of creative talents, deepening the teaching reform and optimizing the cultivation environment.
