摘要
[目的/意义]网民对突发事件的评论和传播会造成涉事组织的网络舆情危机,影响组织的声誉和形象。而网民的情绪化传播是引发网络舆情危机的重要因素,但目前缺乏对网民情绪化传播机理的研究。[方法/过程]使用扎根理论研究方法,以D&G辱华事件为对象,以网民对事件的评论内容为样本进行研究。[结果/结论]通过三级编码归纳出情绪化传播的形成要素,构建了网络舆情情绪化传播的机理模型。
[Purpose/Significance]Online users’ comments and dissemination of unexpected events will cause the online public opinion crisis to the relevant organizations,and affect the reputation and image of the relevant organizations.The emotional communication of netizens is an important factor to trigger the online public opinion crisis,but present research on the mechanism of emotional communication of netizens is lacking.[Method/Process]Using the grounded theory research method,we took the D&G humiliation incident as the object and took the commentary text of the event as the sample.[Results/Conclusion]The influencing factors of emotional communication were summarized through three-level coding,and the mechanism model of emotional communication of network public opinion was constructed.
