摘要
拔尖创新人才的培养是一项长期复杂的系统工程,也是一道关于中国高等教育事业发展的艰深命题。早在1984年浙江大学就开始创办混合班,因材施教,淡化专业,实施工科人才理科培养。2000年又在混合班的基础上成立了以老校长之名命名的荣誉学院——竺可桢学院,为资质优异的本科学生实施"特别培养"。经过25年不间断的探索和实践,浙江大学在构建以宽基础、交叉性、研究型、个性化为特征的创新人才培养模式方面,取得了有益的经验和积极的成效。本文对浙江大学20多年来培养拔尖创新人才的历程、改革举措和办学经验作了较为系统的回顾与梳理,并对当前存在的问题和进一步的改革方向作了思考与探讨。
Cultivating outstanding innovative talents is a complicated systematic project as well as a profound proposition about the development of higher education in China. The practice of hybrid class started in 1984 in Zhejiang University, aiming at teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, desalinating specialty and cultivating the engineering talents as science ones. In 2000, in honor of the former Chancellor, Zhu Kezhen College was established based on the hybrid class to implement "particular training" to the undergraduates with excellent talents. After 25 years continuous exploration and practice, Zhejiang University has gained useful experience and made great achievements in constructing the talent cultivation model based on extensiveness , interdisciplinarity, research and individuality. This paper thus make a systematic review of the exploring road of cultivating outstanding innovative talents, the reform measures and the school-running experience. It also reflects and explores the current problems and the further reform.
