摘要
近年来,食药用菌菌丝体在不同领域的应用取得较大进展,笔者综述食药用菌菌丝体在生物复合材料、生物修复、功能食品、“人造肉”以及化妆品中的应用,并对其应用前景进行分析与展望。
Application of edible and medicinal fungi mycelium has made great progress over the past few years in different fields.In this review,applications of edible and medicinal fungi mycelium in biological composites,b ioremediation,functional foods,“artificial meat”and cosmetics were reviewed,and the prospects were analyzed and discussed.
