摘要
目的:比较冬虫夏草和人工冬虫夏草子实体、人工虫草菌丝体的抗疲劳、降血脂作用。方法:以冬虫夏草和人工虫草子实体、人工虫草菌丝体灌胃动物,测定对小鼠转棒时间、爬绳时间和负重游泳时间,观察其对小鼠抗疲劳作用;对蛋黄致高脂小鼠的降血脂作用。结果:人工虫草菌丝体2g/kg组转棒时间显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01)及冬虫夏草组(P<0.05),冬虫夏草和人工虫草子实体、人工虫草菌丝体4g/kg小鼠转棒时间以及各给药组小鼠爬绳时间、负重游泳时间与空白对照组比较无显著性差异。人工虫草子实体4g/kg组血清总胆固醇(TC)显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工虫草菌丝体2g/kg具有抗疲劳、协调运动的功能;4g/kg人工虫草子实体有明显降低蛋黄致高脂血清胆固醇作用。
Objective: To compare the effects of Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. , fruit body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. and hyphal body of Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. on lowering blood-fat and resisting fatigue. Method: Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. ,fruit body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. and hyphal body of Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. were given to animals by intragastric administration, then Jimpy mice turning bar time, climbing rope time and weight loading swimming time were determined in order to observe the effects of resisting fatigue and lowering blood-fat, whose models were made up by egg yolk. Result : Turning bar time was higher remarkably in group of hyphal body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. 2 g/kg than in blank control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no remarkable differences on Jimpy mice turning bar time, climbing-rope time and weight-loading swimming time among group of Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. , group of fruit body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. and group of hyphal body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. 4 g/kg contrasting to blank control group. Total cholesterol was lower in group of fruit body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. 4 g/kg than in group of mouse high-fat model made up by egg yolk through intraperitoneal injection ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Hyphal body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. 2 g/kg has the effects of anti-fatigue and coordinating motion, fruit body of artificial Cordyceps sinensis Sacc. 4 g/kg has obvious effect of lowering total cholesterol made by egg yolk.
