摘要
目的 观察人工冬虫夏草对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)的疗效。方法 以健康成人作对照组 ,观察人工冬虫夏草治疗对 4 0例缓解期COPD患者血气分析、肺通气功能和血浆内皮素 (ET - 1)的影响。结果 冬虫夏草可显著改善COPD患者肺通气功能 ,提高血氧分压 ,降低ET - 1水平。结论 冬虫夏草对缓解期COPD有一定治疗作用 ,机制可能与降低ET - 1水平有关。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of chinese caterpillar fungus on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods The influence of chinese caterpillar fungus on blood gas analysis and pulmonary ventilation function and plasma endothelins-1(ET-1) in 40 patients with COPD were determined,and 20 healthy adults as control.Results Chinese caterpillar fungus could improve patients pulmonary ventilation function,increase PaO 2 and decrease ET-1 level significantly.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of chinese caterpillar fungus on COPD may correlate with decreased plasma ET-1 level.
