摘要
提案工作是高校教职工代表大会工作的重要组成部分,是落实其职权的重要途径。本文运用信息不对称原理分析了提案征集、审查、办理过程中存在的问题及影响,提出了完善高校教代会提案相关信息发布机制等应对高校教代会提案工作信息不对称问题的对策。
The proposals for congress of faculty and staff in colleges and universities is a major part in the progress of the congress,as well as an important way to implement its function and authority.Making use of the principle of information asymmetry,the paper analyzes the problems and influences of the problems existing in progresses of collection,review and conduction,and puts forward solutions to the problems like improving relevant information release mechanism of the congress,etc.
