摘要
通过对重庆市普通高校中申请助学贷款学生的调查,对重庆市国家助学贷款中存在的问题进行了实证研究,这其中存在着认识上的矛盾,也存在着管理上的烦琐和偿还机制的违约等问题,正是这一系列问题制约了国家助学贷款政策的进一步实施。
In March, 2006, a questionnaire investigation was made among the applicants about college student loans provided by the state in Chongqing city. in such an empirical research, problems were shown to exist in people＇s understanding, over- elaborated management and default in debt recovery. It is these problems that constrain the implementation of the state policies of college student loans.
