摘要
基于激励相容理论,在模糊市场需求和回收产品质量条件下,研究了考虑碳税和补贴的再制造闭环供应链系统总成本模型。为了研究该模型模糊因素,提出模糊机会约束规划方法。作为一个离散优化问题,使用遗传算法和粒子群优化来寻找实例近似最优解。结果表明:在市场需求量和回收品质量水平的模糊环境下,总成本有不同的变化;政府仅设置补贴政策或碳税政策并不利于降低成本、减少碳排放量;当政府采取补贴和碳税双重政策时,废旧产品回收率提高,供应链的碳排放量以及总成本也有大幅度的下降。研究有助于企业在模糊环境中制订合理的生产计划,也有助于政府充分利用激励相容理论,指导企业减少碳排放量,提高回收率和再制造率。
Based on the incentive compatibility theory, the cost-model of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain system involving carbon tax and subsidies is studied under the fuzzy market demand and recycled product quality. In order to study fuzzy factors, a fuzzy chance constrained planning method is proposed. As a discrete optimization problem, genetic algorithm(GA) and particle swarm optimization(PSO) are used to seek the approximate optimal solution of an example. The results show that under the fuzzy environment, the total cost changes;only subsidy policies or carbon tax policies are not conducive to reducing costs and carbon emissions;when the government implements both subsidy and carbon tax policies, the recovery rate is improved, and carbon emissions and total costs of the supply chain are also significantly reduced. This study will help enterprises to formulate reasonable production plans in a fuzzy environment, and also help the government to make full use of incentive compatibility theory to guide enterprises to reduce carbon emissions and improve recovery rate and remanufacturing rate.
