摘要
高校青年教师讲课教学竞赛是青年教师交流教学心得和经验的平台,能够提升青年教师教学水平和能力。基于青年教师讲课教学竞赛平台,以面向工业设计和产品设计等专业的《先机制造技术》课程为载体,结合该课程的教学内容、要求、目标、课程思政教育等方面,展现课程教学的整体方案。以课前教学、课中教学和课后教学3个部分开展,为学生建立多层次、全方位的学习架构,从而深入地理解课程知识内容,起到将理论知识与实践相结合,实现知识、能力和人格素质等多维度的成长。通过围绕青年教师讲课教学竞赛的教学方案设计环节,以该课程中智能制造部分为例,从学情分析、教学目标、教学思想、课程资源、教学内容和安排、教学重点与难点、教学方法与工具、预习任务与作业、教学评价与反思等方面详细介绍该课程的教学方案设计,以期在该教学方案的基础上,结合课堂教学与课后反思,不断加强青年教师在该课程领域内的教学质量,实现人才培养对本课程设置的阶段性目标。
The teaching competition of young teachers in colleges and universities is a platform for young teachers to exchange thoughts and experience of teaching,which can improve the teaching level and ability of young teachers.Taking the advanced manufacturing technology course for industrial design and product design as the carrier,this paper presents the overall scheme of the course teaching by combining with the teaching content,requirements,objectives,ideological and political education of the course.A multi-level and comprehensive learning framework for students was established and divided in three parts as pre class teaching,in class teaching and after class teaching,so as to deeply understand the knowledge content of the course,combine theoretical knowledge with practice,and realize the multi-dimensional growth of knowledge,ability and personality quality.Taking the intelligent manufacturing part of the course as an example and focusing on the teaching scheme design of the teaching competition for young teachers,this paper analysis the teaching scheme design of the course in detail with an aim to continuously strengthen the teaching quality of young teachers and realize the phased goal of talent training for the course on the basis of classroom teaching and after class reflection.
