摘要
新工科专业建设背景下的家具木制品生产类课程教学,需要根据产业转型升级和社会发展的要求,不断优化教学内容及教学手段,逐步实现教学内容的现代化。基于虚拟仿真技术构建整木定制家具制造虚拟仿真实验教学资源,能够克服家具木制品生产类课程中传统实验教学形式单一、实验材料消耗量大、产品工艺周期长、设备操作危险性高等缺点,使学生更好的掌握整木定制家具生产的全过程。本虚拟仿真实验系统围绕整木定制家具结构认知、原木检量与制材加工、零件成型加工、装饰与装配4个核心仿真要素展开教学资源内容建设,设置示教型、设计型、综合型3种实验形式。结合课内教学、课外实践、虚拟仿真和实体操作四位一体教学模式,强化学生主动学习能力及创新精神的培养。同时,也为林业工程类同类虚拟仿真教学资源建设提供参考。
In order to fulfill the requirements of furniture industry transformation and upgrading,the teaching methods and course contents of wood products manufacturing need to be constantly optimized under the background of emerging engineering education. The construction of customized solid wood furniture manufacturing virtual simulation experiment based on virtual simulation technology can overcome the shortcomings of single traditional experimental teaching form,large consumption of experimental materials,long product process cycle and high risk of equipment operation in furniture and wood products production courses,so that students can better master the total process of solid wood customized furniture production. The virtual simulation experiment system focuses on the four core simulation elements in aspects of furniture structure cognition,log inspection and timber processing,forming,decoration and assembly,and sets up three experimental forms in aspects of teaching,design and comprehensive. The virtual simulation platform for customized furniture manufacturing adopts the four-in-one teaching mode,extracurricular practice,virtual simulation and physical operation,which can enable students to carry out practical learning in a safe,environmental friendly,healthy and efficient environment,which will strengthen the cultivation of students’ active learning ability and innovative spirit. At the same time,it will provide a reference for the construction of similar virtual simulation teaching resources in forestry engineering.
