摘要
目的研究在防控小儿手足口病感染时应用个性化护理和健康教育的效果。方法挑选共计66名试验对象参与2019年8月至2020年5月阶段我院行小儿手足口并感染防控试验计划,以平衡序贯法为分组即为常规组与试验组,每组33例。常规组中带入传统护理模式、试验组中带入个性化护理和健康教育模式。对比并发症发生率、临床病患康复情况、护理满意度和心理状态、健康知识掌握调查。结果试验组并发症发生率以及患儿家属恐惧、焦虑的心理状态明显低于常规组,皮疹消退时间、痊愈时间均短于常规组,遵医表现评分、护理满意度、健康知识掌握得分均高于常规组,数据比较均有统计学差异(均P <0.05)。结论小儿手足口病者感染防控可通过健康教育和个性化护理工作,促使疾病康复更理想,掌握健康维护要点,值得推广研究。
Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing and health education in the prevention and control of children with hand foot mouth disease infection.Methods Sixty-six subjects were selected to participate in the prevention and control plan of hand foot mouth infection in our hospital from August 2019 to may 2020.The balanced sequential method was divided into two groups:the conventional group and the experimental group,33 in each group.The traditional nursing mode and the experimental group were brought into the traditional nursing mode and the individual nursing and health education mode in the conventional group.The incidence of complications,rehabilitation of clinical patients,nursing satisfaction,psychological state and health knowledge were compared.Results The incidence of complications and the psychological state of fear and anxiety of the children’s family members in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group.The rash subsiding time and recovery time were shorter than those in the conventional group.The scores of compliance performance,nursing satisfaction,and health knowledge were all higher than those in the conventional group.In the routine group,there were statistical differences in data comparison(all P<0.05).Conclusion The prevention and control of infection in children with hand foot mouth disease can promote the recovery of disease better and master the key points of health maintenance,which is worth popularizing research.
