摘要
目的分析个性化护理在小儿手足口病感染急诊护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的100例小儿手足口病患儿作为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行个性化护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理效果显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为小儿手足口病患儿进行个性化护理可以提高护理效果,有利于患儿的身体康复,在临床具有积极意义,十分值得推广。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of personalized nursing in the emergency nursing of children with hand-foot-mouth disease infection.Methods 100 children with hand,foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing for children with hand-foot and mouth disease can improve the nursing effect,is conducive to the physical rehabilitation of children,has positive clinical significance,is worth promoting.
