摘要
目的:分析个性化护理在小儿手足口病急诊护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年5月泰安市妇幼保健院急诊科收治的手足口病患儿86例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组实施常规急诊护理,观察组实施个性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组皮疹消退时间、体温恢复时间、口腔溃疡消退时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。观察组家长风险管理、护理态度、心理护理、人文关怀评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:个性化护理在小儿手足口病急诊护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患儿症状,缩短病程,提高家长护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze application effect of personalized nursing in emergency care of children with hand,foot,and mouth disease.Methods:A total of 86 children with hand,foot,and mouth disease admitted to Emergency Department of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine emergency nursing and the observation group implemented personalized nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The rash resolution time,body temperature recovery time and oral ulcer resolution time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).The scores of parent risk management,nursing attitude,psychological nursing and humanistic care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of personalized nursing in the emergency nursing of children with hand,foot and mouth disease had a significant effect,which can improve the symptoms of children,shorten the course of the disease,and improve the satisfaction of parents with nursing.
