摘要
目的:分析连花清瘟联合抗生素治疗急性扁桃体炎的效果,为临床用药提供参考。方法:系统检索CNKI、wanfang、VIP、SinoMed、PubMed、Embase及Cochrane Library等数据库从建库至2021年12月关于连花清瘟联合抗生素治疗急性扁桃体炎的研究进行Meta分析。统计纳入文献基本特征,评价文献质量,分析治疗效果、主要定量指标。结果:本研究共纳入5篇文献,总样本量为390例,其中试验组196例,对照组194例。纳入文献总体质量较低。运用基于比例优势比模型两步法进行Meta分析,治疗效果(治愈、有效、显效、无效)为有序性变量,OR=2.761,95%CI(1.830~4.165)。相较于对照组,试验组疗效提高了≥1个等级的概率增加了176.7%。运用Egger法进行偏倚检验(P=0.172),未发现发表偏倚。试验组体温恢复时间、咽痛缓解时间、扁桃体肿大消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连花清瘟联合抗生素治疗急性扁桃体炎的效果显著,可快速缓解患者临床症状。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Lianhua Qingwen combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute tonsillitis,and provide reference for clinical medication.Methods:A systematic search was conducted on CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and other databases to search for literature on the treatment of acute tonsillitis with Lianhua Qingwen combined with antibiotics from database establishment to December 2021.Meta-analysis was performed.The basic characteristics of the literature were included in the statistics,the quality of the literature was evaluated,and the treatment effect and main quantitative indicators were analyzed.Results:A total of 5 articles were included in this study,with a total sample size of 390 cases.There were 196 cases in the experimental group and 194 cases in the control group.The overall quality of the included literature was low.Meta-analysis was performed based on the proportional odds ratio model using two-step method.The treatment effect(cure,response,significant response and failure)was used as ordinal variables with OR=2.761 and 95%CI(1.830-4.165).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a 176.7%higher likelihood of improving efficacy by≥1 levels.The bias test was performed using Egger method(P=0.172),and no publication bias was found.The time for body temperature recovery,pharyngeal pain relief,and tonsillar enlargement disappearance in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lianhua Qingwen combined with antibiotics has a significant effect in the treatment of acute tonsillitis,and can rapidly relieve clinical symptoms of patients.
