摘要
手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)严重危害婴幼儿及儿童人群健康.近年来我国HFMD呈持续高流行态势.肠道病毒71型(EV-A71)全病毒灭活疫苗的上市和大规模人群应用,为控制我国EV-A71引起的HFMD提供了手段,但该疫苗不能预防柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CV-A16)、6型(CV-A6)和10型(CV-A10)的感染发病,导致婴幼儿及儿童仍面临其他病原体所致HFMD的威胁.因此需监测HFMD主要病原体的血清型转变,研发多价HFMD疫苗,为我国及全球范围控制HFMD做出贡献.
Hand,foot and mouth disease (HFMD) causes serious health issues for infants and children.In re-cent years,HFMD has shown a continuing high prevalence in China.The inactivated EV-A71whole-virus vac-cine,as the first vaccine for controlling HFMD,has been obtained large-scale application in Chinese mar-ket.But it cannot be used for preventing the infection of coxsackievirus A16,A6and A10 (CV-A16,CV-A6,CV-A10),which often cause the re-infection of HFMD.Therefore,it is necessary to expand the vaccination population,monitor gene alterations of the major pathogens,and explore multivalent HFMD vaccines.
