摘要
应用型人才培养是高校顺应时代发展,培养满足社会发展需求人才的必然要求。在"大众创业、万众创新"号召下,应用型高校加强创新创业教育与专业教育融合,是实现应用型人才培养的关键。立足"职业生涯规划"视角,明确应用型高校融合教育目的,分析当前融合教育存在的不足,为实现创新创业教育与专业教育融合模式构建提供思路,真正为培养高水平应用型人才奠定基础。
Application-oriented talent training is an inevitable requirement for universities to adapt to the development of the times and cultivate talents that meet the needs of social development.Under the call of"Popular Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation",application-oriented universities strengthen the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,which is the key to the cultivation of applied talents.Based on the perspective of"career planning",the paper clarifies the purpose of integrated education in applied colleges and universities,analyzes the current deficiencies of integrated education,and provides ideas for the realization of the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education,and truly lays the foundation for cultivating high-level applied talents.
