摘要
人工智能专业的“专创融合”给人工智能专业教师带来了挑战。S校人工智能专业的培养目标是培养能将人工智能技术应用于旅游领域的创新型人才。该文针对S高校在学生创新创业能力培养方面存在的问题,在顶层设计上,提出了填补“专创融合”项目研究激励政策空白,将教师指导学生的奖励政策从“双创”立项延伸到学生入驻孵化园,甚至到学生创立公司和获取创业补贴的建议;在教育模式上,提出了将一些常用的创新方法引入课程教学,多采用翻转课堂的建议;在教育资源上,提出了免费全天候开放专业实验室与实训中心、打造专门的创新空间、加强校企合作等建议。
The integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in the field of artificial intelligence has brought challenges to AI teachers.The training goal of the artificial intelligence major in S universities is to cultivate innovative talents who can apply artificial intelligence technology to the tourism field.In response to the problems existing in the cultivation of students’innovation and entrepreneurship abilities in S universities,suggestions have been put forward in the top-level design to fill the gap in the research incentive policy for the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education project,and to extend the incentive policy for teachers to guide students from innovation and entrepreneurship project approval to students entering incubators,and even to students establishing companies and obtaining entrepreneurship subsidies;In terms of education mode,it proposes to introduce some commonly used innovative methods into curriculum teaching and adopt more Flipped Classroom;In terms of educational resources,suggestions have been put forward to open professional laboratories and training centers for free 24/7,create specialized innovation spaces,and strengthen school enterprise cooperation.
