摘要 为了改善工人的工作环境,减少工人的劳动损伤、提高企业的生产效率,开发了一款三自由度桁架式机械手。介绍了桁架式机械手的立柱、X轴、Z轴、末端执行器等零部件的结构。通过SolidWorks创建桁架机械手的模型,为了保证其工作的安全性及设计的可行性,采用ANSYS Workbench对其进行动静特性分析,了解桁架机械手支撑零部件的强度及振动情况,仿真结果证明该设计符合实际的使用要求。 In order to improve the working environment of workers and reduce the labor damage of workers and improve the production efficiency of enterprises,a three-degree-of-freedom truss manipulator is developed.The structure of the column,X axis,Z axis and end-effector of the truss manipulator is introduced.The model of the truss manipulator is built by SolidWorks.In order to ensure the safety of its work and the feasibility of the design,the dynamic and static characteristics of the truss manipulator are analyzed by ANSYS Workbench to understand the strength and vibration of the supporting parts of the truss manipulator.The simulation results prove that the design is in line with the practical requirements.
