动车组转向架部件智能清洗中心关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 动车组定期进入动车段、所检修是保障其安全运行的关键。对转向架各零部件进行高效清洗是确保动车组检修效率的关键环节。当前,转向架零部件清洗存在清洗效率低、清洗工位分散、劳动成本高、对主检修库污染较大等问题,一定程度上制约了动车段的检修能力。为解决这一问题,本文基于武汉动车段转向架部件清洗需求,深入分析现有部件清洗工艺流程,提出一种基于“部件智能清洗中心”的方案及工艺,并通过部件清洗机、AGV智能运输、自动上下料和清洗污水集中处理等系统,实现转向架各零部件高效清洗,以提高动车组检修效率、降低检修成本。 To keep in good repair regularly in depots is a key factor which supports the safe operation of EMU.Washing the bogie parts efficiently is a main point to ensure the maintenance efficiency of EMU.Currently,the bogie parts washing is faced with some problems like low efficiency,dispersion,high cost,and great pollution to the main repairing base,which restricts the development of EMU maintenance to some extent.Thus,bogie parts cleaning requirements and process of Wuhan Train Depot was analyzed,and a new washing precept and process basing on“Intelligent Washing Center”was proposed.The new washing proposal contained washing machine,AGV intelligent transportation system,automatic baiting,and centralized sewage treatment system.On account of the new washing proposal,all parts of the bogie can be cleaned efficiently,which improves the maintenance efficiency of EMU and reduces the maintenance cost.
