化学品船舱壁残留甘油射流清洗效果数值研究

Numerical Study on Cleaning Effect of Residual Glycerol Jet in Chemical Tanker Bulkhead

摘要 为分析化学品船舱壁残留甘油清洗过程,该文采用Mixture三相流模型和SST k-ω湍流模型,加入甘油相,对射流洗舱过程进行仿真,计算结果经过与文献和实验对比验证,吻合情况良好。并基于壁面剪切应力分布和壁面污染物残留比例,研究洗舱机出口压强和直径对清洗效果的影响。主要清洗过程为:壁面残留甘油首先于射流打击点处受到打击力作用,射流转向后,对水平静止壁面的甘油产生平行于壁面的剪切作用,甘油开始运动后内部相邻流层间产生与运动趋势相反的内摩擦力,伴随着扩散溶解,清洗生效。射流冲击、壁面剪切和扩散溶解分别在不同阶段中起着主导作用,从而可将清洗过程分为三个阶段。壁面剪切应力随着出口压强和直径的增大而增大,模拟结果均可达到规范所制定的清洗标准,但在85mm喷射距离下,清洗速率会在出口压强为1.0MPa或出口直径为10mm后提高不明显,故综合考虑此清洗参数可视为最优。该研究可为实际洗舱作业提供相关参考。 In order to analyse the residual glycerin cleaning process of chemical tanker bulkhead,the Mixture three-phase flow model and SST k-ωturbulence model are used to simulate the jet washing process by adding glycerin phase.The calculation results are in good agreement with the literature and experimental verification.The main cleaning process is that the residual glycerol on the wall is first subjected to the impact force at the jet impact point,and then the jet turns to produce a shear effect parallel to the wall surface on the glycerol on the horizontal stationary wall.Internal friction opposite to movement trend between internal adjacent stream layers after glycerol begins to move,accompanied by diffusion and dissolution,and the cleaning takes effect.Based on the wall shear stress distribution and the residual ratio of wall pollutants,the influence of the outlet pressure and diameter of the washing machine on the cleaning effect is studied.The results are shown that jet impingement,wall shear and diffusion dissolution play a leading role in different stages,so the cleaning process can be divided into three stages.The wall shear stress increases with the increase of outlet pressure and diameter.The cleaning standards set by the specification can be met in the simulation results,but at a jet distance of 85 mm,the cleaning rate will not increase significantly after the outlet pressure is 1.0 MPa or the outlet diameter is 10 mm.Therefore,considering this cleaning parameter can be regarded as the optimal,which provides a reference for the actual washing operation.
