摘要
目的评析对Hp相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者在医治过程中使用西药联合改良半夏泻心汤的临床价值。方法参加此调查的患者就诊时间为2018年1月—2020年1月,随机取122例,对照组(n=61)使用西药四联疗法治疗,观察组(n=61)使用西药联合改良半夏泻心汤,评估差异化用药前后患者胃泌素水平变化,判断疗效。结果用药前患者的胃泌素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),差异化服药治疗28 d后,从胃泌素数值变化程度可看出加用改良半夏泻心汤的观察组患者改善情况比对照组更优(P<0.05),治疗效果更好(P<0.05)。结论对Hp相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者治疗时采用西药联合改良半夏泻心汤可显著改善患者胃泌素水平,治疗效果明显。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of western medicine combined with improved Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of HP related chronic non atrophic gastritis.Methods 122 patients were randomly selected from the survey from January 2018 to January 2020.The control group(n=61)was treated with western medicine quadruple therapy,and the observation group(n=61)was treated with western medicine combined with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction.The changes of gastrin level of patients before and after the differential treatment were evaluated to determine the efficacy.Results There was no difference in gastrin level of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After 28 days of differential treatment,it can be seen from the change of gastrin value that the improvement of patients in the observation group with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction was much better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment effect was better(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Hp related chronic non atrophic gastritis,western medicine combined with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction can significantly improve the gastrin level of patients,and the treatment effect is obvious.
