摘要
目的:探析温针灸治疗慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒证)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年6月北京市昌平区中医医院收治的慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒证)患者90例作为观察对象,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温针灸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、胃蛋白酶、幽门螺杆菌变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);治疗结束1个月后,两组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、PGR水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后1个月后,观察组Hp阴性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。结论:温针灸治疗慢性胃炎(脾胃虚寒证)效果显著,可调节胃蛋白酶指标,有利于Hp转阴。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture treatment of chronic gastritis(spleen and stomach defi⁃ciency and cold syndrome).Methods:From November 2021 to June 2022,90 patients with chronic gastritis(syndrome of deficien⁃cy and coldness of the spleen and stomach)in Beijing Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 45 cas⁃es in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given warm acupuncture treat⁃ment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes of pepsin and Helicobacter pylori were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);One month after the end of treatment,the levels of PepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ),PepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)and PGR in the two groups were decreased,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);One month after the end of treatment,hp negative rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture treatment of chronic gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome)has a significant effect,can adjust pepsin indicators,conducive to Hp negative.
