摘要
近年来,我国儿童出版物问题层出不穷,诸如出版内容成人化、作者写作速成、内容劣质、三观不正等。为了构建良好的儿童出版物市场秩序,需要引入共治理念。一方面,继续发挥政府作为童书市场监管第一责任人的作用,不断补齐治理短板完善监管制度,做到守土有责、守土负责、守土尽责。另一方面,要引入作者、出版社、书店、图书馆、学校、学生家长等其他主体,一起参与社会治理,形成“众人拾柴火焰高”的共治格局。
In recent years,the problems of children's publications in China emerge one after another,such as adult content,rapid writing by authors,poor content,and three perspectives.In order to build a good order of children's publication market,we need to introduce the concept of co-governance.On the one hand,continue to play the role of the government as the primary person responsible for the supervision of the children's book market,We will continue to strengthen weak links in governance,improve the regulatory system,and fulfill our responsibilities.On the other hand,authors,publishing houses,bookstores,libraries,Schools,parents and other subjects participate in social governance together,forming a co-governance pattern in which"the flame is high when everyone adds wood".
