摘要
目的探索护理本科生对线上实习导学的体验,为教学医院改进教学模式提供参考。方法采用半结构式访谈法,选择在临床实习前参加线上实习导学的13名护理本科生进行访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果提炼出实习导学的积极体验(缓解实习压力、激发学习动力、增强自我效能感、增强职业认同感、共情),实习导学的影响因素和对实习导学的期望(对导学授课老师的期望、对自己的期望)3个主题。结论实习导学起到了很好的衔接作用,护生的认可度高,同时对教师的教学提出了更高的要求。
Objective To explore undergraduate nursing students′experience of guiding learning before the internship,and to provide reference for teaching hospitals to improve the teaching model.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted on 13 nursing students who received guiding learning before clinical practice,then data were transcribed and analyzed using Colaizzi′s phenomenological method to identify themes.Results Three themes were identified:positive experience(relief of stress in relation to internship,inspiration of learning motivation,enhancing self-efficacy,enhancing professional identity,and empathy),factors influencing guiding learning,and the expectations of guiding learning(expectations to teachers,and to oneself).Conclusion Guiding learning before internship bridges school teaching and clinical practice,which is recognized by nursing students,meanwhile it creates higher requirements for the teachers.
