造纸污泥-煤矸石陶粒轻骨料的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 在分析了造纸污泥和煤矸石化学成分、矿物组成和热失重特性的基础上,添加黏土、钾长石、玻璃粉等辅料,在一定的烧制程序下烧制陶粒轻骨料.研究了原料中造纸污泥和煤矸石的配比、烧结温度对陶粒轻骨料的表观密度、吸水率、抗压强度及微观结构的影响.结果表明,相同原料配比下,烧结温度对陶粒轻骨料的表观密度和抗压强度的影响规律基本一致.随着烧结温度的升高,用同一原料配比烧制的陶粒轻骨料的吸水率不断降低并趋于平缓.当烧结温度大于1290℃时,用掺量为60%的造纸污泥烧制的陶粒轻骨料的表观密度最小.以造纸污泥和煤矸石为主要原料,黏土、钾长石、玻璃粉为辅料,在合理的原料配比和烧制程序下,可以烧制出轻质、吸水率低、抗压强度高、孔道结构丰富的陶粒轻骨料. Based on the analysis of chemical composition,mineral composition and thermogravimetric characteristics of paper mill sludge and coal gangue,adding clay,potassium feldspar,glass powder and other auxiliary materials,the ceramsite lightweight aggregate was prepared under a certain firing program.The effects of ratio of paper mill sludge to coal gangue and sintering temperature on the apparent density,water absorption,compressive strength and microstructure of ceramsite lightweight aggregate were investigated.Experimental results show that under the same raw material ratio,the influence of sintering temperature on the apparent density and compressive strength of ceramsite lightweight aggregate is basically consistent.With the increase of sintering temperature,the water absorption rate of ceramsite lightweight aggregate fired with the same raw material ratio decreases continuously and tends to be gentle.When the sintering temperature is higher than 1290℃,the apparent density of ceramsite lightweight aggregate fired with 60%paper mill sludge is the smallest.With paper mill sludge and coal gangue as the main raw materials,clay,potassium feldspar and glass powder as the auxiliary materials,ceramsite lightweight aggregate with light weight,low water absorption,high compressive strength and rich pore structure can be fired under the reasonable raw material ratio and firing procedure.
