摘要
煤矸石占全国工业固体废弃物总量的20%左右,大量的煤矸石占用堆存场地,且对土壤、水质及环境造成污染。而水泥企业各道工序均能大量的消化、使用不同品质的煤矸石,实现企业降本增效的同时,又保护了环境。通过对煤矸石在生料配料、熟料煅烧、水泥粉磨及其它循环利用等四个方面阐述了煤矸石的利用途径、使用效果和注意事项。
Coal gangue accounts for about 20% of the total amount of industrial solid waste in China. A large number of coal gangues occupy the storage site and cause pollution to the soil, water quality and environment. The cement enterprises can digest and use a large number of coal gangues of different quality in each process, so as to realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the enterprises and protect the environment at the same time. The utilization way, application effect and precautions of coal gangue are described from four aspects of raw material proportioning, clinker calcination, cement grinding and other aspects of recycling.
