摘要
利用废弃煤矸石生产保温砖,既利用固废、保护环境又能促进新墙材的应用、推进建筑节能,有巨大的综合效益。探讨了利用煤矸石生产保温砖的工艺,并对孔洞率、孔型及其排布方式等进行优化,改善保温砖的热工性能,介绍了保温砖的热工性能测试结果及用于自保温墙体的应用实例。
The use of coal gangue for brick production can not only make use of the waste coal gangue, but also protect the environment. Besides,it can promote the application of new wall materials and the building energy efficiency, which has great com- prehensive benefits. The process of brick manufacturing and the methods to improve thermal performance of bricks, such as opti- mizing the rate, the shape and the arrangement of the holes in the bricks are discussed here. The measurement results of the ther- mal performance of bricks and an example of the application in building energy efficiency are also provided.
