摘要
为研究煤矸石集料混凝土的工作与力学性能,通过开展不同煤矸石掺量和水胶比条件下煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度试验、收缩试验、抗冻性试验和抗氯离子渗透性试验,分析其抗压强度、收缩应变、质量损失率和电通量等基本力学指标的变化规律.结果表明:随着煤矸石掺量的增加,混凝土立方体轴心抗压强度逐渐增大,立方体抗压强度和收缩应变逐渐减小,抗氯离子渗透性先增大后减小.当煤矸石掺量为45%时,电通量减小至最小值,抗氯离子渗透性最强.混凝土的质量损失率均随着冻融循环次数的增加逐渐增加,煤矸石掺量越大,质量损失率越大,且抗冻能力衰减速率加快。
In order to study the working and mechanical properties of coal gangue aggregate concrete,the compressive strength test,shrinkage test,frost resistance test and resistance to chloride ion permeability test of gangue concrete under the conditions of different coal gangue content and water-binder ratio are carried out,and the change rules of basic mechanical indexes such as compressive strength,shrinkage strain,mass loss rate and electric flux were analyzed.Results show that with the increase of the content of coal gangue,the axial compressive strength of the concrete cube increases gradually,the compressive strength and shrinkage strain of the cube gradually decrease,and the resistance to chloride ion permeability increases first and then decreases.When the content of coal gangue is 45%,the electric flux decreases to the minimum,and the resistance to chloride ion permeability is strongest.The mass loss rate of concrete increases with the increase of freezing and thawing cycles,the greater the amount of coal gangue,the greater the mass loss rate,and the speed of the freezing resistance capacity attenuation.
